Well hello there little page stalker. Yes, I see you. You are visiting my page on a daily basics that is quite noticeable. As you are aware of, you can't comment on anything and that is because you are BLOCKED by me.
Why are you blocked, well that's simple. It's your attitude and disrespect towards myself and other artists. Don't be so neglectful to understand that what you are doing is wrong and utterly disrespectful and if this sort of disregard for copyright law continues, lawful actions must carry out for you to properly understand.
Referencing copyrighted artwork is a big issue on this site. What you and others must learn is to respect copyright law and pay homage to the people you copy and trace. Or else that will lead to you paying major fines and going to court.
I will first start off by saying that when you copy someone else's artwork, its NOT an honor. Especially when that person does not ask permission nor give credit. In fact, that is a big form of disrespect for the real artist. There is a difference between using others work as " inspiration" and flat out just copying them. This leads me into another issue and that is when all you do is copy, you are NOT learning this stuff for yourself. If all you do is copy and trace you are copying the artists mistakes as well. You will NOT grow as an artist if you do that and you also will NOT improve.
Now, for the record. I HAVE tried to help this girl around August. I have had these SAME talks with her over and over and over again. How its not sticking in your head yet is beyond me. But let this show that this is my final attempt to be the big sister and teach you.
It has come to my attention, that your Mother has told you " That as long as you do it with your own hand , you don't have to give credit or ask permission"
Let me just tell you now, that that is BULLSHIT! Your mother isn't an artist. So she does not know. Never take advice from someone who knows nothing about the subject at hand. That is the blind leading the blind.
Now then, I have told you in a public domain that " YOU NO LONGER HAVE MY PERMISSION TO USE MY ARTWORK AS REFERENCES." I have actually said this on more than one instance. But you not only reference my art, you don't even change it. You have copied more than one copyrighted image from me and even admitted by your own accord that you " stole it" Even if you redraw it to make a sloppy second of my work with " your own hands" that is still a violation of copyright law that will lead to legal action.
"Unauthorized use or redistribution of artwork or photography as well as copying, tracing, altering, or heavily referencing without permission is considered art theft. You and/or your guardians can be sued for plagiarism and/or copyright infringement. Do not assume that little changes will make it all yours and that you will not be held responsible. Re-using the exact piece as-is, such as for online role-playing, even if you do not claim it is your own, is unlawful redistribution. ALWAYS ASK THE ARTIST."

Now then my little page stalker. I am giving you another chance here. I am trying to help you be a better person, more skilled artist and help you come into your own person. You wonder why the only comments you get is " Oh you copied Natsume" or " Oh you stole this from Saidy" well, if you listen to what I have to say that will all change and you will start to actually get watchers and positive feed back on your art.
One thing you can start by doing is taking reference pictures yourself. I do this and many other artists do this as well. If you are having problems with a pose, get a camera or your phone and have someone take a picture of you in the pose you want, or take a picture of someone in that pose. By doing this, you are looking at your OWN materials and since your not looking at others art, you will start to develop your OWN personal style !!! How exciting is that ! You will have your own style that you will develop that no one else has. That is a pretty big deal.
Animal referencing is a little bit harder. I for example draw a lot of wolves. Obviously I don't have one as a pet. But I do go to a Wolf Park and take reference pictures of them for my own art. I also have a large dog and I am constantly watching him and studying his body structure. Taxidermy also helps when you want a close up of a face of an animal.
It's totally fine to be inspired by others art. We all do it and by looking at others art that is how we all learned. But there is a big difference between being inspired by someones work to flat out stealing it and having no respect for that artist. These are issues I am trying to help you out with because next time you steal from someone, they won't be as nice as me. I have taken to people to court over these same issues, so I am no stranger to copyright law, infringement, plagiarism and etc.
You are at the age now where you know what your doing and you know that its wrong. So let me help you.
